This study was performed to investigate the effect of postural control and oral-motor program on eating activities in children with cerebral palsy. The subjects of this study were 3 cerebral palsy children with eating disorder in 40-minutes application with 3 times a week, 15 weeks duration Basic level was set with pre assessment before the program and change were checked every 3 weeks and assessed after a week later of program application For the children with cerebral palsy was measured with Behavioral Assessment of Oral Function and Multidisiplinary Feeding Profil, which was modified by investigator As the result of this study, we found that all 3 subjects showed improvement of head control and postural control with less tongue thrust &, bite reflex which interrupt the eating activity, also chewing, swallowing, and lip closure were improved to reach the positive effect for eating activity
