This study is about the case of the play therapy for the five year old girl who has asperger s disorder. This girl had shown the difficulties in communications, lacks of circumstantial judgements and consideration for others, and problems of one-way communication. The therapist had taken 26 times of therapies, two times per week. In the beginning of therapies, the therapist had put the focus on the building of reliable relationship with the child. The therapist had made the child be interested in the play with the therapist and increase the consideration for others through the play therapy. And then the therapist had made that girl increase the social interaction and communication abilities in the relation with others. According to the report from its parents, it appears that the social interaction ability of the child increased in the children behavior problems. This shows that the social interaction ability and communication ability of the Asperger s Disorder child improved through the Play Therapy.
