장애아동 어머니의 양육스트레스와 사회적 지지가 심리적 안녕감과 가족 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Social Support and Parenting Stress to Psychological Well-being and Family Life Quality of Mothers with Handicapped Child

This research was done to find out the effect of parenting stress and social support to psychological well-being of mothers with handicapped child and family life quality with handicapped child. For this research, 412 mothers with handicapped child while in handicapped child educare centers participated. Analysis method was frequency analysis, relation analysis, regression analysis by SPSS ver. 15.0. The results demonstrated the following. First, psychological well-being caused by age of handicapped child, mother s perception about a seriousness of handicap of their child, perceived social support of mothers, and parenting stress of mothers. Second, life quality of family with handicapped child caused by handicap type of child, month income of family, time that found a handicap of child, mother s perception about a seriousness of handicap of their child, and perceived social support and parenting stress of mothers.
