The purpose of this study is to examine a few factors which influence burnout, focusing on rehabilitation counselors from rehabilitation centers. The main results presented in this study are as following: First, with the relationship between personal characteristics and the burnout, there was a meaningful difference in inhumane factor in the relation between positions and exhaustion; there was no meaningful difference in the emotional exhaustion and the lack of personal accomplishment. Second, the correlation between the task environmental factor and the burnout shows that both have the correlations but the degree is low. Third, the characteristics of customers which the employee of rehabilitation center shows the highest in intimacy with customers, followed by consultation time, appropriateness of the number of customers, the problem-solving, level and similarity, and the seriousness of the problem of customers.
