The Actual Class Situation in Secondary Schools for Mental Retardation and Teachers Awareness and Improvements of the Departmental System

The purpose of this study is to recognize the actual class situation in secondary school of special school for mental retardation, and teacher s awareness and improvements of whole class responsibility. The subject of the study was selected by this researcher a special school for mental retardation that operates a secondary school at 16 cities. and the research paper was based on 200 papers. Data is as following. First, in the actual class situation, a teacher was teaching various subjects, and it has difficulty by lack of text and place. Second, according to the recognition of teachers about the departmental system, it is necessary, and resulting higher educational performance, and it should be for all the subjects. Third, about the device of improving managing departmental system, it must be practiced by reflecting specialty and particularity, increase the whole responsible class teacher, and supported by school and authorities for staying departmental system.
