성폭력 범죄자 전자장치부착 대상자의 부부 의사소통 경험에 대한 사례연구 - Satir 경험적 성장모델을 중심으로 -

A Case Study on the Couple Communication Experience of Sexually Violent Offenders with Criminal Electronic Devices - Focusing on Satir s Empirical Growth Model -

본 연구의 목적은 성폭력범죄자 전자장치부착 대상자의 Satir 경험적 성장모델을 적용하여 부부 의사소통 경험에 대한 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. A준법지원센터에서 제공되는 참가신청자 4쌍(남편 4명, 부인 4명)을 선정하였다. 연구방법은 연구자와 관찰자 중심기법으로 감정자각 단계, 일치적 의사소통 단계, 자기존중단계로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 감정자각, 일치적 의사소통, 자아존중감이 긍정적으로 나타났다. 이것은 변화하는 어려운 환경 속에도 불구하고 성범죄자 부부의 정서적, 심리적인 부분을 다루는 교정 임상실천현장에서 본 프로그램의 활용가능성을 제시하는 데에 의의와 큰 성과라 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the Satir s Empirical Growth Model of sexually violent offenders with criminal electronic devices on the marital communication experience. Four pairs of applicants (four husbands and four wives) from a Compliance Support Center were selected. Research methods were analyzed using researcher and observer-centered techniques, divided into an emotional awareness stage, consensual communication stage, and self-esteem stage. Results of the study showed that emotional awareness, consensual communication, and self-esteem were positive. This is a significant accomplishment in suggesting the possibility of using the program in the correctional clinical practice field that deals with the emotional and psychological areas of sex offenders and their partners an the difficulties of various rapidly changing environments.
