과정중심평가 측면에서의 백워드 설계 방식을 활용한 맥락적 수행과제 개발

Contextual Performance Tasks Based on Backward Design for Process-focused Assessment

2015 개정교육과정은 창의융합형 인재 양성을 목적으로 교수․학습 방법의 개선과 더 불어 과정중심평가를 강조한다. 올해부터 2015 개정교육과정이 순차적으로 적용됨에 따 라 현장의 과정중심평가 열기 또한 높아지고 있다. 그러나 정작 과정중심평가를 어떻게 실천할 수 있는지에 대해서는 연구가 미비한 실 정이다. 본 연구는 과정중심평가를 실천하는 한 가지 방안으로 백워드 설계를 통한 맥락 적 수행과제 개발을 제안한다. 먼저 백워드 방식의 평가 설계가 어떻게 과정중심평가의 실천 수단이 될 수 있는지 고찰한다. 그리고 백워드 설계 기반 맥락적 수행과제의 개발 사례를 제시한다. 마지막으로 백워드 설계 기반 맥락적 수행과제를 적용해 본 결과를 통 해 교육 현장에서의 가치를 논한다.

2015 revised national curriculum emphasize process-based assessment as well as improvement of instructional method with the purpose of educating the creative convergent person. However there is a lack of research on how to practice process-focused assessment. This research suggests contextual performance tasks based on backward design as a way to practice process-focused assessment. It considers backward design in its aspect of authentic assessment. And then it represents some examples of developing contextual performance task. At the last section, it discusses the value of contextual performance tasks based on backward design through experience of applying them.
