역전이 개념에 대한 문헌 분석 및 연구 동향 분석: 상담학 분야 주요 학술지를 중심으로

역전이는 상담과정 및 상담성과에 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 상담자의 발달과도 깊은 관련이 있으므로 상담자가 역전이의 의미를 깊이 이해하고 상담과정에서 잘 활용할 수 있다면 내담자의 변화에 보다 긍정적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 상담학 분야 주요 학술지를 중심으로 상담학 연구에서 역전이 개념에 대한 문헌을 분석하고, 역전이 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 문헌분석 결과 역전이 개념의 발달과정을 고전적 접근, 전체적 접근, 절충적 접근을 구분되는 것을 확인하였고, 상담과정에서 역전이 활용을 위한 주요 개념으로 투사, 투사적 동일시, 역전이 행동화, 상호생성물로서 역전이를 확인하였다. 또한 주요 상담학술지에 게재된 연구 동향을 분석하여 역전이와 관련된 주요 주제는 상담자 특성과 상담과정과 상담성과임을 확인하였고, 역전이 관련변인으로 애착, 상담자발달, 자기애, 우울 등의 상담자 특성과 상담과정과 상담성과가 주요 변인으로 사용되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 역전이 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

Objectives: The countertransference not only affects the counseling process and counseling outcomes, but is also closely related to the counselor s development. If the counselor can deeply understand the meaning of the countertransference and use it well in the counseling process, it can contribute more positively to the client s change. Methods: This study analyzed the literature on the concept of reverse transition in counseling research and analyzed the trend of reverse research. Result: As a result of the literature analysis, it was confirmed that the development process of the concept of countertransference is divided into the classical approach, the overall approach, and the eclectic approach. Conclusion: By analyzing the research trends published in major counseling academic journals, we confirmed that the main topics related to reverse transition were counselor characteristics, counseling process, and counseling outcomes. We confirmed that process and counseling outcomes were used as major variables.
