진로장벽에 관한 연구동향 분석 : 2001년 ~ 2018년 논문을 중심으로

An Analysis of Research Trends on Career Barriers : Analysis of Journals from 2001 to 2018

본 연구의 목적은 청년들이 느끼는 진로장벽의 연구동향을 분석하고, 향후 연구 방안을 제안하는데 있다. 2001년 부터 2018년 까지 KCI에 등재되거나 KCI등재 후보지에 게재된 국내 학술지 중 청년의 진로장벽을 연구한 56편을 대상으로 연도, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구변인, 연구방법을 기준으로 분석하였다, 분석결과, 청년 진로장벽에 관한 연구는 해마다 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으며 2012년을 기점으로 점차 연구가 증가하기 시작하였다. 연구대상별로는 남녀 구분 없는 대학생에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 남자대학생에 대한 연구는 미미했다. 전문대학생 보다는 일반대학생이 더 많이 연구되었다. 연구주제별로는 개인내적요인 연구가 가장 많았고, 사회적 구조 및 제도, 사회적 관계, 프로그램개발 및 효과, 척도개발 및 타당화 연구, 기타 순으로 많았다. 연구변인별로는 연구 설계에 따른 인과 관계에 기준으로는 독립변인이 가장 많았고 종속변인, 조절·매개변인, 기타 순으로 많았고, 진로장벽관련 변인에 따른 분류 기준으로는 진로관련변인, 개인특성변인, 사회적변인, 심리적변인 순으로 연구 빈도수를 보였다. 끝으로, 본 연구에서는 진로장벽의 경향을 분석한 결과에 기초하여 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze trends on career barriers of young adults and to provide implications for future research. Methods: Those 56 articles which are posted on the KCI from the year 2001 to 2018 are mainly reviewed by the following standards: time, subjects, research subjects, variables and research methods. Results: Most researches picked college students on both genders, and only a few researches chose male college students as the subject. Also, university students had a bigger portion of research compared to college students. For the portion of the research subjects, internal individual variable research took the biggest portion. The content of those researches can be arranged in the order of quantity, social structure and system, social relationship, counseling program development and its own effect, scale development and propriety research. The order by the research frequency is variables related to career barriers, individual character variables, social variables and psychological variables in the categorization standard of the related career barrier variables. Conclusion: This study suggests further discussion and implication about the research subject for future researchers by analyzing the trend on career barriers of young adults
