자기분화에 대한 동향연구 : 상담 분야 주요 학술지를 중심으로

Research Trends of Self-differentiation: Based on the Major Domestic Journals in the Field of Counseling

본 연구는 국내 주요상담학술지에 게재된 ‘자기분화’, ‘자아분화’ 에 관련된 논문을 분석하여 최근까지 상담 심리 학에서 연구되어온 동향을 알아보고 ‘자기분화’, ‘자아분화’에 대한 통합적인 이해를 돕고 연구의 방향성을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 1991년부터 2019년까지 자기분화와 자아분화를 주제로 연구한 논문 909개 중 주요 국내 학술지에 등재된 61편을 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 연구대상의 45%가 대학생이었고 사 용된 척도 열 가지 중에 제석봉(1989)이 개발한 척도가 현재까지 가장 많이(55.4%) 사용되었으며 연구주제는 인지 적 특성(33%), 정서적 특성(31%), 사회환경적 특성(28%) 세 가지가 비슷한 빈도로 보였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과가 지니는 의미와 제안점을 논의에서 밝혔고 제언 및 연구 방향도 논의하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify trends that have been studied in counseling and psychology until recently by analyzing papers related to self-differentiation published in major domestic counseling journals and to provide an integrated understanding of ‘self-differentiation’ and direction of research. Methods: To this end, the research trends were analyzed by focusing on the year of publication, research subjects, research methods, and related variable groups among 909 papers studied under the theme of self-differentiation from 1991 to June 2019. For this purpose, frequency analysis and cross analysis were used. Results: According to the study, 45 percent of the subjects were university students, followed by 35 percent of adults. While ten different measures are employed, the scale developed by Jae, sukbong (1989) is the most used (55.4%) to date. The three subjects of the research were similar in frequency: cognitive factors(33%), emotional factors(31%), and social and environmental factors(28%). Conclusions; To find more effective intervention in counseling, I suggest more research on the mediating factors and models about self-differentiation. In addition, it is required to include various subject groups such as counselors, beginner counselors, seniors, caretakers, social workers, therapists, nursing home administrators, etc.
