패션주얼리 분야 스타트업 전문가 양성 과정 참여 이후 경력단절여성의 창업가로서 경력개발 과정에 대한 분석

Analysis of the career development process as the entrepreneur of career interrupt women

이 연구의 목적은 경력단절여성의 패션주얼리 분야 창업가로서 경력개발 과정을 심층적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A여성새로일하기센터 패션주얼리 스타트업 전문가 양성과정 이수생 중 9명을 대상으로 면접조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 근거이론을 적용하여 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 패션주얼리 분야 여성창업가로 성장하기 위한 교육 참여가 중심현상으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 패션주얼리 분야를 생각하는 맥락적 조건은 패션주얼리 분양 대한 높은 이해도와 관심, 성취감 및 보상을 추구하는 개인적 성향, 부담이 적은 자본금으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육 참여 후, 패션주얼리분야 경력 열망과 한계 및 성취감을 경험하고, 브랜드 독창성에 대해 고민을 시작하는 것이 중재적 조건으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 창업가로서의 열망이 활성화되고, 창업기회에 참여하며, 네트워킹도 형성하게 되는 작용/상호작용 전략을 사용하였다. 마지막으로는 평생학습자 및 인생의 주체자로의 변모, 창업가로서 변모하는 모습과 창업 역량을 함양하는 성과를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 경력단절여성이 패션주얼리 분야 창업가로 성장하기 위해 경력개발 과정에 요구되는 이론적·실천적 함의를 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study to analysis of the career development process as the entrepreneur of career interrupt women who completing the training program for fashion jewelry entrepreneur of women’s reemployment support center. To accomplish this purpose, a qualitative research design was employed 9 interviewees of completing the fashion jewelry training course in A women reemployment support center. The collected data were analyzed in the framework of the Grounded theory methods. Results showed that first, the categories which career interrupts women were participated vocational training for growth as a women entrepreneur was analyzed as a core phenomenon and relationship among categories were depicted as an axial coding. Second, the career interrupts women effort to be an entrepreneur after using various strategies to achieve the career goal set. The results of this study suggest the theoretical and practical implications for career development process of the career interrupts women to grow as entrepreneurs on fashion jewelry fields.
