목회자의 리더십 고찰

The considerations about leadership of pastor

목회자에게 요청되는 리더십을 탐구하기 위하여 우선 일반적인 리더십이론을 고찰하였다. 즉, 리더십 대체이론, 카리스마적 리더십이론, 변혁적 리더십이론, 섬김의 리더십 이론, 수퍼 리더십이론, 관리적 리더십이론 등을 차례로 고찰하였다. 이어서 목회자의 리더십의 특성을 고찰하고, 성경에 나타난 목회자의 리더십을 고찰하였다. 구약성경에 나타난 목회자의 리더십으로 요셉의 리더십, 모세의 리더십, 느헤미야의 리더십을 대표적으로 고찰했다. 그리고 신약성경에 나타난 목회자의 리더십으로 예수의 리더십, 바울서신에 나타난 목회자의 리더십, 베드로서 서신에 나타난 목회자의 리더십을 차례로 살펴보았다. 이상의 고찰을 토대로 하여 목회자의 리더십으로서 섬김의 리더십과 함께 변혁의 리더십이 목회자의 대표적인 리더십이 되어야 할 것이라고 결론을 맺게 되었다.

First I am going to consider about the general theory of leadership in order to inquire the leadership of paster that is required today. Namely I consider about the substitute theory for leadership, Charismatic leadership theory, transformational leadership theory, servant leadership theory, super leadership theory, administrative leadership theory one by another. Followed by those considerations, I study about the characteristic traits of pastor leadership. And then inquire the leadership model for pastor in Old Testament and New Testament. In Old Testament I inquire the leadership of Joseph, Moses, Nehemiah as model of pastor, and in New Testament I inquire the leadership of Jesus, Paul’s letter, Peter’s letter. Based on those considerations I conclude that servant leadership and transformational leadership have to be the leadership of pastor in Korea today.
