협력적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 수업 구성 방안 - 사회과를 중심으로 -

A Study on the Class Composition for the Improvement of Collaborative Problem Solving -Focused on Social Studies-

최근 OECD의 DeSeCo 프로젝트 이후 ATC21S, Education2030 등의 프로젝트를 통해 역량에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, PISA 2015와 ATC21S에서는 특히 협력적 문제해결력을 강조하고 있다. 협력적 문제해결력은 변화하는 사회에 꼭 필요한 능력이며, 사회과 역량과 관련성이 높고, 사회과의 기능과 많은 관련이 있다. 그러나, 이와 관련된 논의가 부족하고 교실 수업에서 다루기 어렵다는 이유로 소홀하게 취급되었다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 기존의 협력적 문제해결력과 관련된 대표적인 글로벌 교육 프로젝트인 PISA 2015와 ATC21S의 연구를 분석하여, 협력적 문제해결력의 구성 요소로 공유된 문제의식이나 목표, 협력 기능, 인지적 능력을 제시하였다. 평가 내용과 방법에 있어서는 수업을 실천하는 교사의 의도에 따라 개인의 협력적 문제해결력과 집단의 협력적 문제해결력 중 한 곳에 초점을 맞추어, 수업 과정 중 발생하는 협력 기능의 사용을 평가하거나, 수업 후 산출물 또는 발표 결과를 활용하는 평가 방안을 제시했다. 또한, 협력적 문제해결력 관련 수업과 미국 교과서에 제시된 사례를 분석하여 사회과에서 협력적 문제해결력을 기를 수 있는 수업을 구성하기 위한 수업 목표 및 내용, 방법, 평가 방안을 구체화하였다.

Since the OECD’s DeSeCo project, there is growing interest incompetency through projects such as ATC21S and Education2030. In this regard, PISA 2015 and ATC21S emphasizecollaborativeproblemsolving , which is essential for a changing society, as well as is significantly related to social studies competence and many of its skills. However, it has been neglected because of a lack of discussion on the topic and the difficulty in handling it in classes. Therefore, this study analyzed the research of PISA 2015 and ATC21S, which are representative global education projects related to the existing collaborative problem-solving competency, and presented shared problem awareness, goals, collaborative skills, and cognitive abilities as components of collaborative problem solving. In terms of contents and methods of evaluation, the researcher focused on the collaborative problem solving of individuals and groups according to the intention of the teacher who took the class, and suggested a plan to evaluate the use of collaborative skills occurring in class, or to utilize the results of the class or presentation. In addition, by analyzing the examples presented in US textbooks and collaborative problem-solving skills-related classes, the objectives, contents, methods, and evaluation methods of the class, to help it develop collaborative problem-solving competency in the social studies field, were specified.
