본 연구는 한국의 청년기 여성들을 대상으로 성인애착 하위의 두 차원(애착회피 및 애착불안)이 연애만족도에 영 향을 주는 관계에서 정서표현갈등이 매개효과를 갖는지 살펴보기 위하여 회귀분석을 통한 Baron과 Kenny(1986) 의 매개효과 검증 방법, Sobel test를 실시했다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역에 근거지를 둔 초기 성인기 여성 255 명이 응답한 자기보고식 설문지를 분석에 사용했다. 상관분석 결과, 모든 측정변인 간에 유의한 상관이 나타났으 며, 연구가 매개 기제로 고려한 정서표현갈등은 애착회피와 연애만족도, 애착불안과 연애만족도의 관계 모두에서 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인됐다. 다음으로, 분석한 결과를 바탕으로, 청년기 여성의 연애만족도 향상 을 위한 치료적 접근에 대하여 정서표현갈등, 애착 체계에 차례로 초점을 두어 논의하였다.
This study investigated the mediating effect of ambivalence over emotional expressiveness on the relationship between adult attachment dimension(attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety) and romantic relationship satisfaction of Korean early adulthood females. The participants were 255 females in Seoul and Kyung-ki. They completed questionnaires and then collected data were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, results of correlational analysis revealed that every used factors in this study were correlated with each other. Secondly, result of the hierarchical multiple regression analysis and Sobel test showed that ambivalence over emotional expressiveness partially mediated the association between two attachment dimensions and romantic relationship satisfaction. The implications and therapeutic approachs of this study were discussed
