체험형 지역축제의 서비스품질이 참여자의 여가몰입과 여가지속에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Service Quality of Experiential Local Festival on Leisure Flow and Leisure Continuance for Participants

본 연구의 목적은 체험형 지역축제의 서비스품질(청결성, 프로그램운영, 편의성)이 참여자의 여가몰입(인지몰입, 행위몰입)과 여가지속에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이에 봉화은어축제의 참가자 총 353명의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었으며 SPSS21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 서비스품질의 청결성, 프로그램운영, 편의성은 여가몰입의 인지몰입과 행위몰입에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질의 청결성, 프로그램운영, 편의성은 모두 여가지속에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가몰입의 인지몰입과 행위몰입은 여가지속에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of service quality of experiential local festival on leisure flow and leisure continuance for participants. Total 400 questionnaires were distributed and 353 samples were used for practical analysis. In the empirical study, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done by SPSS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, convenience, program operation, and cleanliness had positive effects on cognitive flow and behavioral flow. Second, convenience, program operation, and cleanliness had positive effects on leisure continuance. Third, cognitive flow and behavioral flow had positive effects on leisure continuance.
