NCS를 활용한 장기현장실습 프로그램 개발 사례연구

A Case Study of the Development of the IPP(Industrial Professional Practice) Program Based on NCS

이 연구는 H대의 사례를 중심으로 NCS를 활용한 IPP 장기현장실습 프로그램을 개발하는 데 목적이 있었으며, 세부적으로 장기현장실습에서 활용되고 있는 NCS 분석, NCS 세분류별 장기현장실습 프로그램(안)을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 73개 기업으로부터 151개 현장실습기업의 실습 프로그램을 수집하여 NCS 능력단위와의 매칭, 수행 환경 및 직무내용 분석, 능력단위별 교육내용 분석 등을 실시하였다. 그 결과 H대 장기현장실습에서는 10개학과에서 51개 NCS세분류가 활용되었으며, 전공별로 3~6개 대분류에 걸쳐 프로그램이 구성되어 있었다. 또한 NCS 세분류별로는 47개프로그램(안)이 도출되었다. 이 연구 결과 기존까지 학과 또는 전공 단위로 운영되는 현장실습 프로그램을 NCS 분류 관점에서 분석할 수 있었다. 또한, 장기현장실습에 참여하고 있는 기업 담당자, 교수들이 함께 참여하여 NCS를 활용한 장기현장실습 프로그램을 개발하였기 때문에 현장의 의견과 국가차원의 표준 2가지를 모두 충족시킬 수 있었으며, 현장에서 실제 많이 활용되는 빈도와 대졸 수준 등을 객관적으로 분석하여 교육과정에서 우선순위를 두어 활용할 수 있는 자료로 활용될수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the IPP(Industrial Professional Practice) program based on National Competency Standards(NCS), especially focusing on the case of H university. This study analyze NCS used in IPP program and develops the standard of IPP program about each NCS subdivision. For this purpose, this study collect all programs used in 151 companies, match contents and NCS unit, analyse environment and job analysis. As a result, H university’s IPP programs were from 10 majors, have matched 47 NCS subdivisions and 3 to 6 NCS divisions in each major. The results of this study were as follow: First, old IPP programs were matched NCS. Second, the method this study suggests were covered the opinion of the field and the national standard because professors in university and the person in charge in the company or field joined in the process to develop the IPP program. Third, the IPP program has priority based on the result of investigating the frequency of use and the level.
