마이스터고 졸업생의 교육 만족과 직무 능력 및 직장 만족의 인과적 관계

The Causal Relationship among Educational Satisfaction, Competency and Job Satisfaction of Meister School Graduates

이 연구의 목적은 마이스터고 졸업생의 교육 만족과 직무 능력 및 직장 만족의 인과적 관계를 밝히는데 있었으며, 선행 연구를 바탕으로 가설적 모형을 설정하여 적합도 검증 및 변인 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위한 분석 자료는 2015년 마이스터고 졸업생을 대상으로 실시된 한국직업능력개발원의 「마이스터고 졸업생의 노동시장 이행 성과분석 조사」 데이터 가운데 변인에 적합한 문항을 선별하여 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 PASW Statistics 18과 Amos 18.0을 활용하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구에서 설정한 마이스터고 졸업생의 교육 만족과 직무 능력 및 직장 만족의 가설적 모형의 전반적인 적합도는 경험 자료에 부합하였다. 둘째, 마이스터고 졸업생의 교육 만족은 직무 능력과 직장 만족에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무 능력은 직장 만족에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마이스터고 졸업생의 교육 만족은 직무 능력을 매개로 하여 직장 만족에 간접적으로 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationship among educational satisfaction, competency and job satisfaction of meister school graduates. To accomplish this purpose, the data of 1,516 cases from labour market transition outcome survey of meister school graduates produced by KRIVET(Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training) were analyzed by using structural equation modeling. The results of this study were as follows: First, fit index of hypothetical model generally met standards in this study. Based on the this result, a hypothetical model was judged appropriately. Second, educational satisfaction has a positive effect on competency and job satisfaction of meister school graduates. Also, competency has a positive effect on job satisfaction of meister school graduates. Third, educational satisfaction has a indirect effect on job satisfaction through competency of meister school graduates.
