대학생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동 간의 관계: 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로스트레스 대처방식의 매개효과

A Structural Analysis of Relations Career Decision Status and Career Preparation Behavior for College Student: The Mediating Effects of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Stress Coping Strategy

본 연구에서는 선행연구를 토대로 진로결정수준이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로스트레스 대처방식을 통해 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 인과적 구조모형을 설정하고, 모형의 적합도 및 변인들의 영향력을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 4년제 대학의 720명이며, 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로결정수준이 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로스트레스 대처방식은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 진로결정수준은 진로결정 자기효능감을 통하여 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동 사이에서 진로스트레스 대처방식의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 진로상담 및 진로지도 실제에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship a career decision status and career preparation behavior for college student and the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy and career stress coping strategy. The data of 720 college students were collected for the study. The measures were Career Decision Status Scale, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale, Commitment to Career Choice Scale, Career Stress Coping Strategy Scale, and Career Preparation Behavior Scale. The collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The findings of the study were as follows. First, results showed that career decision status affect career preparation behavior. Second, it was also found that career decision making self-efficacy and career stress coping strategy had a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Third, it was found that career decision making self-efficacy had a significant effect on the relationship between career decision status and career preparation behavior. On the other hand, there was no mediation effect of career stress coping strategy on the relationship between career decision status and career preparation behavior. These findings suggest that in order to enhance college student``s career preparation behavior, discriminatory approaches are needed by taking career decision making self-efficacy into consideration.
