마이스터고 졸업생의 노동시장 이행 성과 분석: 직무만족도와 학력,스킬불일치를 중심으로

Labour Market Transition Outcome of Meister School Graduates: Focused on Job Satisfaction and Skill Mismatch

이 연구의 목적은 마이스터고 졸업생의 노동시장 이행 성과를 직무만족도 및 학력·스킬불일치를 중심으로 분석하는데 있었다· 이를 위하여 마이스터고 졸업생(’13·2) 중 취업자를 대상으로 조사한 자료를 활용하여 OLS및 다항로짓분석을 실시하였다· 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다· 첫째, 마이스터고 졸업생의 직무 만족도는 상당히 높았으나, 기업의 규모와 임금 수준이 높을수록 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다· 둘째, 마이스터고 졸업생의 학력과잉 비중은 16·5%로 우리나라 청년층 대상의 선행연구보다 낮게 나타났고, 학력일치와 학력부족의비중은 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다· 학력과잉과 학력부족 집단의 결정요인으로는 기업의 규모와 향후 발전가능성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다· 셋째, 스킬 불일치의 경우 스킬부족 집단이 51·6%로 상당한 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 마이스터고 졸업생들의 추가적인 교육훈련 요구가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다· 특히 스킬부족과 학력부족이 동시에 일어나는 집단이 30·9%으로 나타났다· 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 패널 구축을 통한 심층 연구 필요성을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the outcome of labour market transition of meister school graduates in terms of job satisfaction and skill mismatch. A survey was carried out targeting graduates(`13.02) only who got a job. Valid sample size was 2,493 and 1,648 were answered. The data analysis in this study was based on statistical approach including OLS and multiple logit analysis. This study shows that school to work transition of meister school graduates achieve the desired result regarding the job satisfaction and skill match. First, level of job satisfaction had significant difference according to the firm size and salary. Especially people who worked at large company had high job satisfaction. Secondly, 16.5% of respondents proved to possess over-qualification. It is relatively lower than the result of Korean youth survey. In contrast, the under-skilling was 51.6%, which indicated that considerable number of respondents need additional education and training. Based on the result, this study has made some practical recommendations for the better research on meister school.
