사회복지사 보수교육 참여자의 만족도 및 영향요인

A Study on Satisfaction and Influencers of Continuing Education for Social Workers

본 연구는 최근 사회복지계에서 논쟁이 되고 있는 사회복지사 보수교육의 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로서 참여자 만족도 및 그에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다· 이를 위해 연구대상은 2012년 한 해동안 전국 45개 보수교육 실시기관에서 시행되었던 보수교육에 참여했던 사회복지사들이며, 보수교육프로그램종료 후 자기응답식으로 평가했던 설문지 중 최종 25,967명을 분석하였다· 연구결과로는 사회복지사 보수교육참여자의 교육운영과 개별 강의에 대한 만족도는 5점 만점에 각각 평균 3·30점과 평균 3·98점으로 나타났다· 그리고 이러한 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 참여 동기가 가장 높은 정적 요인으로 나타났고, 개인적 특성중 성별, 자격 등급, 기관 유형 등은 부적 요인으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다· 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 참여 동기 방안과 교육프로그램에 대한 평가 개선 등에 대해 정책적 제언을 하였다·

The purpose of this study is to evaluate current education indicators, and to analyze the satisfacion and factors of continuing education for social workers. The results are as follows. First, The social workers who participated in continuing education are evaluated as the average rating of 3.30 and 3.98 points in satisfaction for individual lectures and training operations. Second, analysis of the current evaluation system has the highest impact factor to participation motivation in education. Third, current guidelines in continuing education for social workers emphasize the need for continuing education evaluation. Because compared to other professional continuing education, evaluation systems of continuing education for social workers on criteria and impact factors does not established. Finally, Based on the research results, this study proposes a way to increase motivation to participate in education of social workers and a method to evaluate the operation of continuing education.
