일반고 학생들의 부모애착 및 교사애착, 진로탐색 효능감, 진로탐색 행동의 구조적 관계 연구

A Study on the Structural Equation Modeling of the Relationships among Parental Attachment, Teachers` Attachment, Career Search Efficacy, and Career Exploration Behavior with High School Students

본 연구는 Solberg 모형을 기초로 하여 부모애착 및 교사애착, 진로탐색 효능감과 진로탐색의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 진로탐색 행동을 설명하는 잠재변인들 간의 이론적 관계를 바탕으로 가설을 설정하고 검정하였다. 997명의 일반고 학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 (a) 부모애착과 교사애착은 진로탐색 효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 (b) 부모애착과 교사애착은 진로탐색 행동에 직접적인 영향은 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. (c) 진로탐색 효능감은 진로탐색행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (d) 부모애착과 교사애착은 진로탐색 행동에 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과로부터 부모애착과 교사애착은 진로탐색에 직접적인 영향 보다는 진로탐색 효능감을 매개로 간접적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고등학교 진로교육에서 진로탐색 효능감을 높이는 교육이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to find the structural relationships among parental attachment, teachers` attachment, career search efficacy, and career exploration behavior. Subjects were 997 high school students who were participated in the survey. In order to investigate the structural relationships among these four latent variables, Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) was adapted by using AMOS software. Followings showed the results of this research: (a) Parental & Teachers` Attachment(PA & TA) had a direct effect on the Career Search Efficacy(CSE). (b) Parental & Teachers` Attachment(PA & TA) had not a direct effect on the Career Search Behavior(CSB). (c) Career Search Efficacy(CSE) had an effect on the Career Search Behavior(CSB). (d) Parental & Teachers` Attachment(PA & TA) had an indirect effect on the Career Search Behavior(CSB) via Career Search Efficacy(CSE).
