대학교육만족과 취업지원프로그램 참여경험이 졸업 후 취업만족에 미치는 영향: 취업목표달성의 매개효과

The Influence of University Education Satisfaction and Participation in the Employment Supporting Program upon Employment Satisfaction After Graduation: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Employment Goal Achievement

본 연구는 대학 졸업생을 대상으로 대학 재학 중 대학교육만족과 취업지원프로그램 참여경험이 취업목표달성을 매개로하여 취업만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 바탕으로 수립한 연구문제와 연구가설을 검증하고자, 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(2010GOMS1) 자료를 활용하여 대학 졸업생 13,618명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교육만족은 취업목표달성과 취업만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 취업지원프로그램 참여경험은 취업목표달성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 취업만족에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 취업목표달성은 취업만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 취업목표달성의 매개효과는 대학교육만족과 취업만족과의 관계와 취업지원프로그램 참여경험과 취업만족의 관계 사이에서 유효한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학교육과 취업지원프로그램에 대한 실제적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the influence of university education satisfaction and participation in the employment supporting program during university days upon employment satisfaction after graduation, with university graduates as study subjects, focusing on the mediation effect of employment goal achievement. For this, study hypotheses were established based on the above study purpose, using the data of Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(2010GOMS1) and then examined the hypotheses via structural equation modeling analysis. Study findings are as follows: First, university education satisfaction had positive influence upon employment goal achievement and employment satisfaction. Second, participation in the employment supporting program had positive influence upon employment goal achievement, but it had negative influence upon employment satisfaction. Third, employment goal achievement had positive influence upon employment satisfaction. Fourth, the mediation effect of employment goal achievement was valid for the relationship between university education satisfaction and employment satisfaction, and between participation in the employment supporting program and employment satisfaction. Based on the above study findings, practical suggestions for university education and employment supporting programs were presented.
