특성화고·마이스터고 전문교과 성취평가제 운영에 대한 현장 컨설팅 교원의 인식 분석

Analysis on field consulting teacher`s cognition toward management of Achievement Evaluation in Specialized high schools and Meister high schools

이 연구는 특성화고·마이스터고의 전문교과 성취기준·성취수준 개발 및 성취평가제 운영 지원 연수를 받은 현장 컨설팅 교원을 대상으로 성취기준·성취수준 개발, 성취평가제 운영, 성취평가제 운영 지원에 대하여 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 특성화고·마이스터고의 전문교과 성취기준·성취수준 개발 관련해서는 국가 수준에서 개발·보급된 전문교과목의 성취기준·성취수준을 대부분의 단위 학교에서 전면적·부분적으로 수정하여 사용하고 있으며, 국가 수준의 성취기준·성취수준 개발 및 보급된 결과물들이 성취평가제를 운영하는데 도움이 되었다고 응답했다. 그리고 향후 전문교과의 성취기준·성취수준 개발기관으로는 많은 응답자들이 ‘국가 유관기관’을 뽑았다. 특성화고·마이스터고의 전문교과 성취평가제 운영 관련해서는 현재 시행되고 있는 성취평가제 취지에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하고 있지만 운영에는 여러 가지 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교 특성이나 학생 수준에 맞게 성취기준·성취수준, 기준 성취율을 조정하여 적용하는 것이 적절하다고 응답했다. 특성화고·마이스터고의 전문교과 성취평가제 운영 지원 관련해서는 성취평가제 담당자 연수가 성취평가제 운영에 도움이 되었다고 응답했고, 성취평가제 운영 지원과 안착을 위해 가장 필요한 것으로 ‘교육부가 주최하는 시·도교육청별 연수 실시’와 ‘컨설팅위원이 각 학교를 방문하는 컨설팅확대’라고 응답했다. 이 연구 결과 단위 학교에서 성취평가제에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하고 있으므로 앞으로 성취평가제 운영상의 문제점들을 수정하여 성취평가제가 성공적으로 안착될 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

This study conducts a survey for teachers in the training course of developing Achievement Standards, Achievement Level, and managing Achievement Evaluation in Specialized Subjects. Through this survey, we asked how they responds on these issues. The results are as follows. In terms of developing Achievement Standards and Achievement Level system, when applying development results which is designed and supplied by national governmental level, they replied it is helpful to operate Achievement Evaluation system, and also it has been generally or partly used. From now on, they think it is appropriate to be taken by a national agency in developing Achievement Standards and Achievement Level system. In the Aspects of operation of Achievement Evaluation in Specialized Subjects in Specialized High Schools and Meister High Schools, they accept it positively, but management of Achievement Evaluation reveals vary difficulty. And they say it is need to adjust the rates of Achievement Standards, Achievement Level when applying those to the level of students or the characters of schools. In the other aspects, managing Achievement Evaluation, they say teacher training is useful to operate Achievement Evaluation, in which especially both Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education`s Teacher Training hosted by the Ministry of Education, and consulting and on-site consulting is mostly favored alternatives. As shown through this research, school has a positive view on the Achievement Evaluation system. Therefore, addressing the problems encountered when managing this system, efforts will have to be made in order to successfully stabilize this system.
