The Development of Evaluation Criteria for the Meister High Schools Based on CIPP Evaluation Model

이 연구의 목적은 CIPP 평가모형에 기반한 마이스터고 평가준거를 개발하고, 개발된 준거의 가중치를 산정하는데 있었다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 관련 문헌과 선행연구들을 고찰하여 마이스터고 평가준거초안을 구안하였고, 델파이 조사를 통하여 구안된 평가준거에 대한 타당성을 확보하였으며, 최종적으로 확정된 평가준거의 가중치를 산정하였다. 마이스터고 평가준거의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 대학교수 및 연구원, 교원, 산업계 인사 등 해당 분야 전문가 15명으로 구성된 전문가 패널을 대상으로 1, 2차 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 확정된 평가준거의 가중치를 산정하기 위해 3차 계층화 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해, 마이스터고 평가준거로써 11개의 평가영역, 24개 평가항목, 59개 평가지표를 확정하였고, 이에 대한 가중치를 산정하였다. 또한, 마이스터고 평가체제 구축, 교육의 질 관리 등에 대한 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop criteria for evaluation of Meister High School and estimate weight of each evaluation criteria based on CIPP evaluation model. A first draft of evaluation criteria was developed based on the result of reviewing related documents, previous research. The validity and weight of evaluation criteria was confirmed from delphi survey, analytic hierarchy process(AHP). In order to confirm validity, delphi survey were carried out with 15 expert panels consisting of five persons from each group of professors, teachers, and industrial engineer. The finally developed evaluation criteria consisted of 11 evaluation areas, 24 evaluation items and 59 evaluation indicators and weight of each evaluation criteria was estimated. And recommendations were proposed about evaluation system construction and management of education quality of Meister High School.
