태양광 발전 설비 분야 전문교과 교사 연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구도 우선순위 분석 연구

The study of the priority in vocational teachers` educational needs about education contents in the field of PV(photovoltaic system) facility operating

이 연구의 목적은 태양광 발전 설비 분야의 전문교과 교사 연수 프로그램의 학습요소에 대한 교육요구도를 산출하고, 이에 대한 우선순위를 분석하여 결정하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 3개 영역(태양전지 기초, 태양전지 모듈 제조, 태양광 발전 시스템 실무)의 학습요소에 대해서 전문교과 교사들이 인식하는 중요도와 자신의 능력수준을 조사하였다. 조사 결과를 토대로 Borich의 교육요구도와 The locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 우선순위를 제안하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태양광 기초의 학습요소 28개 항목에 대한 설문 조사 결과, 교사가 인식하는 중요도는 4.02, 자신의 능력 수준은 3.16으로 나타났다. 교육요구도의 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 연수를 위한 교육요구도의 우선순위 항목은 5개(A-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, D-2)이고, 차순위 항목은 8개(D-1, D-3, D-4, D-5, D-6, D-7, D-8, D-9)로 나타났다. 둘째, 태양전지 모듈 제조의 학습요소 23개 항목에 대한 설문 조사 결과, 교사가 인식하는 중요도는 3.66, 자신의 능력 수준은 2.63으로 나타났다. 교육요구도의 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 연수를 위한 교육요구도의 우선순위 항목은 5개(F-8, G-1, G-4, G-5, H-1)이고, 차순위 항목은 3개(F-7, H-5, H-7)로 나타났다. 셋째, 태양광 발전 시스템 실무의 학습요소 17개 항목에 대한 설문 조사 결과, 교사가 인식하는 중요도는 4.04, 자신의 능력 수준은 2.86으로 나타났다. 교육요구도의 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 연수를 위한 교육요구도의 우선순위 항목은 5개(K-1, K-3, M-1, M-2, M-3)이고, 차순위 항목은 4개(L-1, L-2, L-3, M-4)로 나타났다.

This study aims to analyze the educational needs and priority about educational contents of training program for vocational teachers related to the field of PV facility operation. For this purpose, this study analyzes the importance level and their ability level for educational contents of 3 educational domains recognized by vocational teachers. And also based on the result, this study suggests the priority as the result of comparison between Borich`s educational need assessment model and The locus for Focus model . The results are as follows: First, the importance level of 28 items for basic learning PV was 4.02 and the ability level was 3.16. The high priority items of educational needs are 5, (A-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, D-2), and the lower priority items are 8(D-1, D-3, D-4,D-5, D-6, D-7, D-8, D-9). Second, the importance level of 23 item for solar cell module was 3.66 and the ability level was 2.63. The high priority items of educational needs are 5, (F-8, G-1, G-4, G-5, H-1), and the lower priority items are 3(F-7, H-5, H-7). Third, the importance level of 17 item for practice of PV system was 4.04 and the ability level was 2.86. The high priority items of educational needs are 5, (K-1, K-3, M-1, M-2, M-3), and the lower priority items are 4(L-1, L-2, L-3, M-4).
