마이스터고 산학겸임교사의 직무 수행 및 직무 만족에 대한 인식

Recognition on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction of the Industrial-Educational Adjunct Teachers at Meister Schools

이 연구는 현재 마이스터고에 재직 중인 산학겸임교사의 직무 수행도, 직무 만족도, 교육 및 개선 요구 등을 분석해 봄으로써 우수한 산학겸임교사의 효과적인 활용과 관련한 개선 방안을 모색하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이 연구 수행에는 문헌연구와 조사연구 방법이 적용되었다. 조사연구는 ``11년도 12월 현재 산학겸임교사를 활용하고 있는 20개 마이스터고에 채용된 산학겸임교사 101명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 90부(89.1%)를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 조사 분석방법으로는 기술적 통계와 다중응답, t검정, F검정 방법을 사용하였으며, 모든 통계처리는 SPSS 12.0 for windows 프로그램을 이용하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마이스터고 산학겸임교사들의 교수?학습지도, 연구, 진로?생활지도, 대외협력 영역에 대한 직무 수행 수준은 보통 이상의 수준으로 나타났으며, 세부 영역 간의 수행 수준에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 마이스터고 산학겸임교사들의 직무 만족도는 6가지 관련 요소에 대해 보통 이상의 수준으로 나타났으며, 수업 및 지도활동 요소의 높은 만족도(4.08점)에 비해 보수, 신분 및 채용형태 요소의 만족도 수준(각각 3.20점)은 낮게 나타났다. 셋째 마이스터고 산학겸임교사들의 교육 필요도는 모든 항목에서 보통 이상의 수준을 나타냈으며, 산학겸임교사활용에 대해서는 제도적 신분보장, 적정보수 체계에 대한 개선 요구가 가장 높았다.

The purpose of this study is to offer useful information to find a development plan regarding employment and efficient utilization of excellent industrial-educational adjunct teachers, by analyzing present job situation, job performance level, job satisfaction, educational and improvement demand of the industrial-educational teachers working at Meister schools. The methods applied for this study are documentary research and survey. The survey is conducted on the 101 industrial educational teachers employed in 20 Meister schools in a year, the 90 copies(89.1%) of the questionnaires were used for data analysis. The methods of survey analysis; technical statistics such as frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, multiple responses, T-test, F-test. The SPSS 12.0 for windows program is employed for all statistical analysis. The results of this study are stated below. First, these teachers indicated above average in job performance level on teaching and instruction of learning, research, career and life counseling, and external cooperation part, there was difference among details. Second, their job satisfaction was above average on 6 factors, and their satisfaction on salary, status, employment type were each 3.2, the lowest compared to their high satisfaction on lessons and guidance activity. Third, the needs for education of these teachers showed above average on every section, and top requested improvements were to secure status institutionally and a proper salary structure.
