델파이 조사를 활용한 마이스터고 교원 역량 개발

A Delphi-analytic approach on the developing Meister high school teacher`s competency

이 연구는 산업 기초인력을 양성하는 특성화고교에 상존하는 복합적인 문제점을 해결하여 맞춤형 교육을 통한 기술인력 육성을 목표로 개교한 마이스터고 교원의 역량을 규명하는데 주 목적을 두고, 현장 전문가 등의 전문가 패널을 구성하여 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 마이스터고 교원 역량은 ``마이스터고의 인재상-직업기초능력 및 인성 함양, 학교와 산업계가 공동으로 인정하는 숙련된 기술·기능 습득, 실무 외국어 능력을 갖춘 글로벌 기술인재-에 맞는 인재 육성을 우수하게 수행할 수 있는 교사의 특성``이라고 정의되었다. 또한, 마이스터고 교원 역량은 5개 영역, 22개 요소로 도출되었다. 이 연구를 통하여 개발된 마이스터고 교원의 역량은 향후 마이스터고 교원의 직무 수행기준 개발, 연수 프로그램 개발, 교원 평가 도구 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to establish teacher`s competency in Meister high school which was founded to train technical manpower through customized education and to solve complex problems in the specialized high school for cultivating industry manpower. To achieve this objective, we used a Delphi technique three times by organizing panel of experts from academia and fields. The results of study are as follows. The Meister high school teacher`s competency is defined as characteristics of teachers to cultivate human resources excellently who are suitable for school`s right people criteria - developing the vocational basic ability and personality, acquiring skilled technique accepted both schools and industry, and having foreign language ability to be global technical professionals. This study also classified Meister high school teacher`s competency into 5 areas and 22 elements. These can be utilized for developing teacher`s performance standards, training programs and tools for teacher evaluation.
