직업능력의 요소로서 핵심역량 분석

Analysis of Core Competencies as An Element of Vocational Ability

본 연구는 직업능력의 요소로서 핵심역량을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 문헌연구를 중심으로 역량모델(지식, 기술, 태도)에 근거한 핵심역량을 추출하기 위한 초기문항을 제작하고 문항내용타당도를 검증하였다(지식차원 핵심역량 39문항, 기술차원 핵심역량 28문항, 태도차원 핵심역량 30문항). 둘째, 역량모델에 근거한 핵심역량을 추출하기 위해 정비된 초기문항이 경험적으로 타당한가를 알아보기 위하여 P시에 소재한 대학생 310명을 대상으로 2011년 4월 둘째 주부터 넷째 주까지 예비조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 후 문항선별과정을 통해 1차 문항을 선정하였으며(지식차원 핵심역량 37문항, 기술차원 핵심역량 27문항, 태도차원 핵심역량 28문항), 주성분 요인분석을 통해 구성요인을 확인하여 2차 문항을 선정하였다. 셋째, 예비검사에서 최종적으로 선정된 문항으로 예비검사 시행과는 달리 P, K, U시에 소재한 대학생 712명을 대상으로 본검사를 2011년 5월 한 달 동안 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 문항선별과정, 주성분 요인분석을 통하여 역량모델에 근거한 핵심역량을 최종적으로 추출하였다(지식차원 핵심역량 34문항, 기술차원 핵심역량 25문항, 태도차원 핵심역량 25항). 넷째, 이상과 같은 일련의 절차에 따라 확인된 대학생의 핵심역량은 구인타당도, 준거관련타당도를 알아본 결과, 타당하며 안정성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 직업능력의 요소로서 대학생의 핵심역량에 대한 교육적 및 학문적 의의를 논하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze of core competencies as an element of vocational ability. The research collected preliminary data from 310 university students`s responses for item and scale quality analyses, and collected 712 university students`s for item and scale quality analyses. Data were analyzed to obtain item quality, reliability, and validity analysis. The results of the study were as follows; 1) The core competence in dimension of knowledge was defined by 5 factors. The 5 factors were pride, leadership, self-directed learning, team-building, communication. 2) The core competence in dimension of skill was defined by 4 factors. The 4 factors were ability to identify problems, analytical information, ability to cope with change, comprehensive skills. 3) The core competence in dimension of attitude was defined by 4 factors. The 4 factors were propulsion and challenge, international sense, professionalism, openness of experience. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed three sub-scales in the core competence in dimension of knowledge, skill and attitude. Criterion-related validity evidence was obtained from the correlation analysis as the criterion measures. Cross validity evidence was obtained from the path of career.
