이 연구의 목적은 입학사정관제 도입에 따른 중등교육, 특히 고등학교에서의 진로교육이 보다 체계적으로 이루어질 수 있는 진로교육지원제도의 수립 및 이를 위한 정책적 지원 방안을 마련함으로써 학교 현장에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 데 있다. 이 연구를 위한 연구방법으로 먼저 문헌고찰을 하고, 입학사정관제도에 따른 진로교육지원체제에 관한 구체적인 방안 파악을 위해 델파이 기법을 활용한 조사와 설문조사 등을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 입학사정관제에 도입에 따라 요구되는 진로교육지원체제가 무엇인가를 파악한 결과, 7개 분야(학생부 기록, 포토폴리오 작성, 학생과 학부모의 인식을 위한 교육, 진로관련 심리검사와 상담, 진로프로그램 운영, 입학사정관제도에 대한 정보제공, 진학지원단 등 교사교육 관련)의 43개 중간 영역, 162개의 하위 영역의 과제를 추출하였다. 그리고 설문결과, 입학사정관제 도입에 따른 진로교육지원체제를 위하여 학생의 적성·흥미를 탐색하고, 학생 개인의 특성과 진로목표, 그리고 직업체험 활동 등을 누가적으로 기록하고, 학생의 생애설계를 체계적으로 지원하고, 직업체험, 생애설계 등 각종 진로교육 활동에 기초한 커리어 포트폴리오 등 입학사정관제 도입에 따른 체계적인 진로교육지원체제 마련에 중요한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is establishment of support system of career education due to South korea`s admission of the college admissions officers. To establish the purpose various methods was adopted such as review of related literature, review, advisory meeting of related professionals, school visits, attending related meetings, attended, delphi survey of 20 professionals, and a survey of teachers (181 schools 865 people) was conducted. This study refund 162 tasks in 7 major fields; 1)students record, 2)students portfolio, 3)students and parents recognition, 4)career-related psychological testing and counseling, 5)career program management, 6)information provision to admission officer, 7) education support system for teachers. So there must be made new career supported system which include exploration of aptitude and interests of students, accumulated record of personal characteristics, career goals, and job activities, systematic support of student`s life design, systematic operation of career portfolio based on professional experiences, various careers and educational activities based on the design.
