본 연구에서는 한국청소년개발연구원에서 수행한 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS)의 중2 패널 자료 중 1차, 3차, 5차년도의 자료를 활용하여 성장하는 청소년의 진로경험활동과 진로성숙도 사이의 종단적 상호관계를 autoregressive crosslagged model을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, (a) 청소년의 진로경험활동은 이후 시점의 진로경험활동을 통계적으로 유의하게 예측하였다 (b) 진로성숙도는 이후 시점의 진로성숙도를 통계적으로 유의하게 예측하였다. (c) 진로경험활동은 이후 시점의 교차 지연된 진로성숙도에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. (d) 진로성숙도는 이후 시점의 교차 지연된 진로활동 경험에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 한 시점에서의 진로경험활동이나 진로성숙도는 이후의 시점에 대해 유의한 영향을 주며 교차지연된 상호영향관계도 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship between career-related activities and career maturity using autoregressive crosslagged modeling. The 1st, 3rd, and 5th wave annual data sets of Korea Youth Panel Survey (KYPS) by National Youth Policy Institute Korea were used for this. The results of analysis were as follows: (a) Career-related activities(T1) had statistically significant effect on Career-related activities(T3) and Career Maturity(T3). (b) Career-related activities(T3) had statistically significant effect on Career-related activities(T5) and Career Maturity(T5). (c) Career Maturity(T1) had statistically significant effect on Career-related activities(T3) and Career Maturity(T3). (d) Career Maturity(T3) had statistically significant effect on Career-related activities(T5) and Career Maturity(T5).
