본 연구의 목적은 산업계에서 요구하는 실무역량에 대한 공과대학 교육과정의 반영 정도를 조사·평가하고 수요자의 요구에 따른 대학의 교육과정 개선에 기여하는데 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 연구ㆍ개발된 공과대학 산업기여도 평가모델을 활용하여 전자통신회로 설계 및 개발분야를 대상으로 니즈프로파일에 기초한 평가를 진행하였다. 평가결과, 부품 분야는 배치설계 부문에서 산업계가 요구하는 직무역량에 다소 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기기분야의 ‘RF 회로 설계’는 졸업생의 평가가 부서장에 비하여 다소 높게 나타나 졸업생과 부서장의 직무역량에 대한 시각 차이가 있었다. SoC분야는 전반적으로 다른 분야에 비하여 산업요구 역량 충족 정도가 다소 미흡한 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to improve on an intensive university s evaluation and educational program for the needs of the industry, and to investigate matching education program between training program in engineering college and practical ability for needs of the industry. Following study process and method, are adopted for this paper; first, we developed Needs Profile for the electronic circuit design & development industry. Second, in the electronics industry, we evaluated the skill competency of the field of the parts, instrument and SoC circuit. In the result, the electronic circuit designer and developer evaluated their the skill competency lower than their manager, and the field of the SoC circuit is evaluated lower than the field of the parts and instrument circuit.
