운동과 에너지에서 인공지능 융합 과학교육의 가능성 탐색 연구

Exploring the Possibility of AI Convergence Science Education in Motion and Energy

이 연구의 목적은 운동과 에너지에서 인공지능 융합 과학교육의 가능성을 탐색하는 연구이다. 먼저 2015개정 초등 과학과 교육과정의 운동과 에너지 분야에서 인공지능 융합 과학교육의 가능성을 분석하였다. 인공지능 융합 과학교육프로그램은 에너지와 생활 단원을 대상으로 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 3∼4학년군의 성취기준에서 인공지능 융합 과학교육의 가능성은 상 수준 8개(57%), 중 수준 6개(43%)였다. 초등 5∼6학년군의 성취기준에서 인공지능 융합 과학교육의 가능성은 상 수준 10개(63%), 중 수준 6개(37%)였다. 둘째, 초등교육전문가의 타당도 분석결과, 인공지능 융합 과학교육프로그램의 적절성, 인공지능 적용과 과학과 핵심역량 반영 영역에서는 높은 긍정적 평가를 받았고, 학생 요구와 학습만족도 분야에서는 부정적 평가를 받은 항목이 있었다. 셋째, 초등교육전문가들의 타당도 분석결과를 토대로 교수학습 모델과 전략, 지도안을 포함한 인공지능 융합 과학교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 초등교육전문가들의 검토를 토대로 하였기에 후속연구로 초등학생들을 대상으로 한 적용 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence convergence science education (AICSE) in motion and energy. First, the possibility of AICSE in motion and energy of the 2015 revised elementary science curriculum was analyzed. The AICSE program targeted energy and life unit. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the achievement standards of the 3rd to 4th graders in elementary school, possibility of AICSE was 8 (57%) at the upper level and 6 (43%) at the middle. According to the achievement standards of the 5th to 6th graders, possibility of AICSE was 10 (63%) at the upper level and 6 (37%) at the middle level. Second, as a result of analysis of internal feasibility of elementary education experts, the adequacy of the AICSE program, the application of AI and the reflection of science core competencies were highly positive, and there were items that were negatively evaluated in the field of student needs and learning satisfaction. The AICSE program, including teaching and learning models, strategies, and guidance, was developed based on the validity review of elementary education experts. The results of this study were based on the review of elementary education experts, and as a follow-up study, applied research to elementary students is needed.
