The purpose of this study was to suggest directions for developing and implementing customized cyber education program in junior colleges. For accomplishing it, this study conducted various research methods. Extensive literature was collected and reviewed. A panel of expert committee was held in order to discuss and search directions which were made by researcher. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Cyber education consortium is needed for supporting community-based college education. 2) Colleges should develop and implement cyber education contents for college students, graduates, local residents, and employees. 3) Cyber education program should consider specific characteristics of college students, adults and should manage the quality of contents. 4) Various supports from government should be necessary for activating cyber education in junior colleges.
