The purpose of this study was to prepare efficient vocational education and training for the people with visual impairment through the case studies from USA and UK. Based on the results of this study, the following policy suggestions were made; First, it is neccessary for the Government to prepare the service system for the people with visual impairment. Second, it is required to establish shelterd workshop or industry for them. Third, a method to fit the characteristics of them should be prepared.
