The purpose of this study was to develop follow-up system for Junior college graduaties. The study was conducted through reviewing availble literatures and getting ideas from expert panels. Based on the analysis of the current status, problems, and examples in follow-up systems at domestic and foreign college level, the results of this study were made as followings: First, this study suggested several ideas for follow-up system development for the basic directions; (1) securing specialized missions, organizations, and manpowers for follow-up system, (2) extending domains and targets in follow-up system, (3) merging on-lice data and off-line programs, and (4) developing follow-up programs based on local communities and college characteristics. Second, the follow-up system model was developed based on the basic directions It was suggested that the Follow-Up Center(FUC) must have to support each of follow-up targets`s activities. Third, several operating tools were suggested for effective operating follow-up system: (1)establishing the Follow-Up Center as the main organization, (2) securing specialized manpowers to manage and operate the follow-up system, (3) securing sustainable updating informations and programs related to the follow-up system.
