In the automatized production system, the electricians in the production field should understand the interaction among the electrical and mechanical components of the production process, and also be able to recognize the small change and the results in the whole system. The technical subjects should be then integrated with the working process in the same production field for the training students. It must be also trained so that the students might be able to analyse the technical problems in the economical and ecological perspectives. They should also collect the related practical and technical informations and try to reconstruct their knowledge for creative problem-solving in the confronted situations. The purpose of this study were to formulate the integrated learning methode, in which the student could learned the knowledge-structuring method for the creative problem-solving with the field-oriented integrated problems. In this paper, the working process-oriented learning concept and working component for maintenance in the automated production system were analyzed. In this learning concept, the following learning process with the practical examples are developed: analysis of the confronted situation and recognition of the problem, knowledge coding for knowledge-stucturing, setting-up the strategy for knowledge-stucturing, idea finding, application and verification and evaluation.
