공업고등학교 전공동아리 활동의 효율성에 관련된 학습조건 분석

Effective Learning Circumstance in Club Activities Concerning to Major Subjects in Technical High School

This research was conducted to investigate the effective learning circumstances of the club activities concerning to major subject in the technical high school. 108 students were selected from 13 clubs concerning to major subject by the purposive sampling method. Data were collected by administering the instruments, the researchers developed for measuring the independent and dependent variables. The statistical methods utilized in this research were basic descriptive statistics and non-parametric statistics. The major findings of the research were as follows; 1) The factors of exclusive space, facility, and number of active member in systematic dimension are significant effect to the club activities. 2) The factors of activity purpose, relevance to major subject, education media, and engaged time in management dimension are significant effect to the club activities. 3) The factors of wills of student and teacher in psychological dimension are significant effect to the club activities. 4) Most of all, volunteer participation of student is more important. Based on the results of the study, to ultimate the efficiency of the practical technique education in the technical high school, the aforementioned aspects also should be emphasized.
