This paper attempts to empirically investigate of the mobilized degree and the distribution traits of relation style of social capital or social resource to be mobilized in job obtaining in the job market. Main research concepts used in the study include such ideas as the rate of social resources mobilized in the job market, the characteristics of distribution rates of relation style in mobilized social resources in job obtaining and the distribution trait of the sexually related rates among mobilized resources in job obtaining. Research data were collected by personal interviewing 590 hireling job holders living in Seoul city. The results of the study demostrate that the rate of socially mobilized resources in job obtaining in the job market in very high. It is also confirmed that the job obtaining person in the job market was generally contacted or connected with secondly related person centered on school and job etc, and was partially contacted or connected with primary lated person centered on family and relatives in social resource mobilization. Finally, in the distribution characteristics of the sexually related rates among socially mobilized resources in job obtaining, the rates related with male sexual category in relatively high than female.
