Most of the researches concerning the learning organization were performed for white colors, and were presented idealistic and immediate theories without specific characters in the manufacturing sector. In this point of view, this research verified the relations between learning organization and learning performance in the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, this research found effective factors of supporting systemic dimension to build a learning organization in the manufacturing sector. To achieve the purpose of this research, the factors of supporting systemic dimension in the learning organization and the performance of worker`s and organizational dimension were extracted, and a research model was designed, and a hypothesis was presented. The results of verifying this hypothesis are as follows: First, the factors of supporting systemic dimension in the learning organization are partly affirmative effect to the performance of worker`s dimension. Second, the factors of supporting systemic dimension in the learning organization are partly affirmative effect to the performance of organizational dimension. Third, the relations between the factors of supporting systemic dimension in the learning organization and the performance of worker`s and organizational dimension are different according to the scale of company.
