The purposes of this study were to identify the organizational commitment of Vocational Agriculture Teachers and to verify the relationship between agriculture teachers` demographic information and organizational commitment. The population for this study was vocational agricultural high school teachers in nation. Finally well answered data 480 were analyzed in this study. The data were analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS) program techniques of frequencies, correlation, t-test, ANOVA, Multiple Regression. The major findings of the study were as follow; The degree of organizational commitment of the agricultural high school teachers were highly represented as compare to theoretical score and other study results. There were no differences at continuance commitment of the teachers` situational demographic information. Their job satisfaction was verified the most explained variable to the affective commitment and normative commitment, and turnover intention was the most explained variable to continuance commitment. The affective organizational commitment was the variable explaining of job achievement, but its explainability was lowered. Based on the study result, some recommendations were made in the paper.
