A Study on Training of Broadcasting Technical Manpower

Nowadays, many technology and media of broadcasting field was evolved newly. As a results of the evolution. the scale of broadcasting industry and the requirement of manpower was increased largely. For this, the vocational training program is required to update and modify newly. Therefore this research has been conducted through survey of related literatures and reports, meetings, interviews and field inspections with professionals to develope this program. We propose the model of technical qualification testing for broadcasting communication engineer and the requirement for the improvement of a vocational training program.
