작은도서관 운영자를 위한 독서 프로그램 교육 효과성 분석 연구

A Study of the Effectiveness of Reading Program Education for Small Libriaies’ Administrators

본 연구는 작은도서관 운영자들을 대상으로 실시되었던 독서 프로그램 교육이 그들에게 얼마나 도움이 되었는지 효과성을 분석하여, 작은도서관 운영자들이 필요로 하는 교육 방식과 내용을 밝혀 향후 기획 및 실시될 독서 프로그램 교육의 지침으로 삼는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 9월부터 10월에 걸쳐 6개 광역 단위 지방자치단체에서 7회에 걸쳐 운영되었던 작은도서관 운영자를 위한 독서 프로그램 활용 교육 참여자들 382명에게 설문지를 통한 조사를 실시 및 분석하였다. 그 결과 작은도서관 운영자들의 97%는 독서 프로그램에 대한 관심이 있었으며, 93.9%는 독서 프로그램 교육이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 또한 대상별 독서 프로그램은 아동(31.5%), 청소년(23.3%), 성인(25.6%), 노인(18.5%)의 순으로 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the reading program education that was conducted for small library administrators, and identifies the education methods and contents that small library administrators need. The purpose is to make it. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted and surveyed by 382 participants using reading programs for small library administrators who were operated seven times in six regional governments from September to October 2019. As a result, 97% of small library administrators were interested in reading programs, and 93.9% said they needed reading program education. In addition, the reading programs by subjects showed interest in the order of children (31.5%), adolescents(23.3%), adults(25.6%), and elderly(18.5%).
