초·중·고등학생용 융합인재소양 측정도구 개발

The Development of the STEAM Literacy Measurement Instrument for elementary, junior-high, and high school students

이 연구는 초·중·고등학교 학생들의 융합인재소양 측정도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구, 연구팀 협의를 수행하였으며, 융합인재소양 예비검사도구를 개발한 후 초·중·고등학교 학생을 대상으로 조사연구를 시행하였다. 그리고 융합인재소양의 구성요인을 분류하기 위하여 2차례의 요인분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 융합인재소양을 구성하는 개념 요소(4C : Convergence, Creativity, Caring, Communication)를 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출한 대상 요소(4C)를 근거로 10개의 문항씩 총 40문항으로 구성된 예비검사도구를 개발하였다. . 셋째, 융합인재소양 측정도구를 개발하였다. 융합인재소양 측정도구는 크게 4개영역(Convergence 5문항, Creativity 7문항, Caring 4문항, Communication 5문항)으로 구분되며 총 21문항으로 구성된다. 이 연구 결과는 학교 수준에서는 전체 집단과 비교하여 현재 학생들의 융합인재소양 수준을 파악하여 교육 설계 자료로 활용하고, 학생 개인 수준에서는 자신의 융합인재소양 수준을 진단하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the STEAM Literacy Measurement Instrument for elementary, junior-high, and high school students. The study was conducted with the survey and literature research. As for the survey, expert consultation discussion was made first. Factor analysis was employed two times. 111 students(elementary, junior-high, and high school students) were surveyed. The contents of this study are summarized as follows. First, We derived concept elements which is composed STEAM Literacy(4C : Convergence, Creativity, Caring, and Communication). Second, With derived concept elements, we developed pre-measurement instrument which has 40 questions. Third, We developed the STEAM Literacy Measurement Instrument for elementary, junior-high, and high school students which has 4 parts with 21 questions; Convergence 5 questions , Creativity 7 questions, Caring 4 questions, Communication 5 questions.
