연구목적: 본 연구는 국내에서 영․유아를 대상으로 연구한 지속가능발전을 기반의 다양한 프로그램 연구들을 종합적으로 수집하여 각 프로그램들의 전체적인 효과크기를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 분석을 위하여 2019년 4월까지 발표된 학위논문과 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 지속가능발전을 기반으로 한 영․유아 프로그램을 주제로 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. PRISMA guide line에 따라 총 13편의 논문을 최종적으로 메타분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위하여 R 프로그램 3.5.3 버전에서 ‘meta’ package 4.9-9 버전을 사용하여 효과크기를 산출하였다. 연구결과: 체계적 문헌 고찰을 통해 최종으로 선정된 문헌은 총 13편으로, 모두 2010년대 이후에 발간되었으며, 지속가능발전을 기반으로 한 프로그램의 교수학습방법은 누리과정을 바탕으로 한 체험활동이 가장 많았다. 프로그램에서는 환경 관련 범주에 관한 척도의 사용이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타내었고, 대부분 만 5세를 대상으로 16회기로 구성된 경우가 가장 많았다. 전체 효과크기 산출을 위하여 효과 증진을 목표로 한 30개의 결과에 대하여 무선 모델을 적용하여 메타분석을 실시한 결과 프로그램의 전체 효과크기는 1.95의 크기로 아주 큰 효과 수준으로 나타났다. 그리고 조절변인에 따른 차이는 교수학습방법에서 차이가 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 국내에서 연구되고 있는 지속가능발전 기반의 영․유아 프로그램의 효과 크기를 종합적으로 밝혔다. 누리과정 바탕의 체험활동을 기반으로 영유아들에게 지속가능발전 기반의 프로그램을 실시한다면 그 효과성은 매우 클 것임을 시사한다.
Objective: This study aims to analyze the overall effect size of each program by comprehensively collecting various sustainable development-based program studies based conducted in Korea, on young children. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted on the subject of infant/child sustainable development-based programs. To analyze the collected data, the effect size was calculated using the ‘meta’ package version 4.9-9 from version 3.5.3 of the R program. Results: Thirteen documents were selected, all published after the 2010s, and the teaching-learning method of programs based on sustainable development was the most experienced based on the Nuri curriculum, which is a national-level curriculum. In this program, environmental scales were mainly used. The targeted age was 5 years old, and many programs consisted of 16 sessions. The meta-analysis applied the wireless model, and the overall effect size was 1.95, which was a significantly large effect level. The difference between the control variables was confirmed by teaching variables and learning methods. Conclusions: This study provided significant basic data for follow-up studies, by comprehensively uncovering the effective size of sustainable development-based young children’s programs through systematic review.
