The purpose of this study is to enhance the capability of individual vocational high schools of the curriculum management and to strengthen the competitive power of vocational high schools by proposing the strategies for self-regulated curriculum management of vocational high schools. For this study, we utilized the literature review, a need analysis of teachers, educational administrators. We administered questionnaires by mail to 774 vocational high schools for the needs analysis. The response rate was 59.9% from the mail survey. In addition, we had expert meetings for two times in order to collect the opinions of experts about the strategies for self-regulated curriculum management of vocational high schools. The strategies for self-regulated curriculum management of vocational high schools were suggested.
