초중고생의 장애에 대한 관심, 장애인지원의식이 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향:통합교육의식을 매개로

본 연구는 초중고생의 장애에 대한 관심, 장애인지원의식, 통합교육의식 그리고 장애수용태도의 구조관계를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 G시에 거주하고 있는 초중고생 560명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식을 통해 연구모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 초중고생의 장애에 대한 관심, 장애인지원의식, 통합교육의식, 장애수용태도는 중간점수 이상으로 양호했으나 초중고생간 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 초중고생의 장애인에 대한 관심, 장애인지원의식, 통합교육의식이 장애수용태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초중고생의 통합교육의식은 장애인에 대한 관심, 장애인지원의식과 장애수용태도를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과를 토대로 초중고생의 장애수용태도를 증진 시킬 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
This study was conducted to verify the relationship between disability concern, disability support perception, integrated education perception, and disability acceptance attitude. To this end, the survey was conducted on 560 elementary, middle, and high school students living in G City, and the research model was analyzed using a structural equation. The results of the study were as follows. The level of disability concern, disability support perception, integrated education perception, and disability acceptance attitude of students was better than the middle score, but there was a significant difference between the elementary and middle and high school students. Second, it was found that disability interest, disability support perception, and integrated education perception of elementary and middle and high school students influenced their disability acceptance attitude. Third, the mediating effect of integrated education perception was verified in the influence of both disability concern and disability support perception on disability acceptance attitude. Based on the results of this study, policy and practical implications for improving the disability acceptance attitude were presented.
