통합 환경에서 장애 영아를 위한 교육과정과 지원체계 실태 및 요구

A Current State and Needs of an Early Childhood Curricula and Support System for Young Children with Disabilities in Inclusive Settings: Based on the Experiences and Perspectives of Teachers

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 통합 환경에서 장애 영아를 위한 교육과정과 지원체계 실태 및 요구를 알아보는데 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 통합 환경에서 장애 영아 교수 경험이 있는 교사를 대상으로 그들의 경험과 인식에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구 목적에 따라 6명의 교사를 대상으로 개별 심층 면담을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 지속적 비교법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 질적 자료 분석 결과 다음과 같은 5가지 주제가 도출되었다. (1) 장애 영아 통합 교육, (2) 교육과정, (3) 지원체계, (4) 교사 요인, (5) 부모 요인. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 통합 환경에서 장애 영아를 위한 교육과정과 지원체계에 대한 논의를 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate current state and needs of an early childhood curricula and support system for young children with disabilities in inclusive settings. Method: This study was to investigate what kind of experience that teachers have in the process of teaching young children with disabilities in inclusive settings and how they perceive the process. For the purpose of the study, 6 teachers were participated in individual in-depth interviews. All collected data were analyzed using a constant comparative method. Results: From the qualitative analysis, five main themes emerged as follows: (1) inclusive education for young children with disabilities, (2) curricula, (3) support system, (4) teacher factors, and (5) parental factors. Conclusion: Based on the results, implications and future direction were provided to improve curricula and support system for young children with disabilities in inclusive settings.
