모바일 인테이크 도입에 관한 탐색적 연구

1인가구의 급격한 증가로 인해 새로운 사회복지대상층이 늘어나고 있다. 더불어 IT 혁신과 맞물린 개인 대면 소통방식이 변화, 사회복지전달체계의 기술적, 내용적 개편 등의 빠른 트랜드는 미래 사회복지실천현장에 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 시대적 상황을 반영하여 ‘모바일 인테이크’의 도입을 제안하였다. 모바일 인테이크는 ‘특정 공간이나 시간대를 초월, 클라이언트가 모바일 매체(스마트폰, 스마트패드 등)를 매개하여 사회복지사와 연결될 수 있으며 사회복지사는 모바일 환경에서 클라이언트의 문제와 욕구를 확인하여 접수여부를 판단하고 클라이언트가 필요로 하는 서비스를 연계하는 과정’으로 개념정의하였다. 모바일 인테이크의 도입 필요성을 입증하기 위해 인테이크 과정, 청소년 사이버 상담, 복지상담센터 129 상담 등의 기존 사례와 모바일 인테이크를 다차원적으로 비교분석하였다. 더불어 대상자 발굴시스템의 주요원칙을 선행연구를 통해 제안하였으며 주요원칙에 따라 각 기존 사례들을 비교분석하였다. 마지막으로 모바일 인테이크의 체계도와 가상사례 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 인테이크의 개념을 공론화하고 이의 실현가능성을 제시함으로써 클라이언트의 현장 접근성을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

This study considers the times of social welfare by current situation such as the rapid expansion of the social welfare targets to single households such as the youth and middle-aged people. The mobile intake can be connected to the social worker through a mobile device that transcends any space or time, and the social worker checks the client s problems and desires in the mobile environment. It is defined as a process of determining and connecting services required by clients, and mobile intake and existing cases such as intake process, cyber counseling for youth, welfare counseling center 129, etc. Mobile intake is needed in the following dimensions. First, strengthening locality in information delivery. Second, there is a need for a system for finding centered targets that responds to the government s strategy. Third, it is necessary to find the crisis target among young and middle-aged people. Finally, it is necessary to follow-up research with empirical evidence
