In the period of industrial structure adjustment, Korea Labor Market has been changing in many aspects since mid-80s. One of those is that the employment management of production workers has been an important management issue. Main focus of this study, in this situation, is to pick up the characteristics of the labormarket behavior of public training course graduates and is to find the difference of them from non-public training workers in career development. For this, this study analyzes four questions as follows. (1) the employment structure of public training course graduates. (2) what is the characteristics in the career development of public training course graduates and are those different from general production workers? (3) what is the characteristics in the labor mobility of public training course graduates? (4) is there difference in wage between two groups?
