The purpose of this study is to modify the work-experience courses of the junior college programs, especially for customized job training programs. Currently the schedule, program and evaluation of work-experience is mainly designed and carried out by factories alone without any systematic cooperative preparations with colleges, so the educational efficiency of work-experience has been evaluated very low. Optimum programs i.e. period, number and contents of work-experience courses were studied through the survey on the opinions of engineers of industiries and junior college graduated workers who had completed work-experience courses. Through this study multi-step work-experience program was proposed and furthermore several prototypes of job-sheets for each work-experience step were developed.
